Arriving at this location, I was greeted by language barriers, and my expectations quickly fell. The rooms were small, with outdated features, and the food choices limited. With only two restaurants, I found it hard to enjoy meals. The beach area was not ideal for swimming, which was disappointing for relaxation seekers.

Language barriers at check-in could be improved!!! The beach area is not suitable for swimming or relaxing comfortably!!! Small room size with limited electric outlets could hinder guest experience!!!

It was just a fine choice for a weekend pause in Cancun with excellent value for money. The bar had a fantastic tropical drink that made my afternoon by the beach unforgettable. Check the schedule for evening activities—they're entertaining and worth your time.

Check-in was disappointing with rude staff, and the room was not ready by 3 PM. The hotel felt neglected, and my room had cleanliness issues. The buffet offers limited options, although I did enjoy the cooked eggs. Additionally, noise from neighboring rooms was disruptive. The location lacked suitable swimming areas, making it difficult to relax on the beach.

I had a lovely time enjoying the sunset from my King Room Sea View while sipping a refreshing cocktail at the bar. The hammocks by the beach and the cozy outdoor loungers made relaxation a breeze. The only downside was that the pool could be a bit crowded at peak times, but it didn't take away from the fun at all. Definitely try the local dishes for a unique flavor! 🍹

I had a nice experience at Aquamarina Beach. The ocean views from my King Room Sea View took my breath away. Relaxing by the beach was a highlight, with easy access to the sand. I enjoyed the delicious food options, although I felt the variety could use improvement. The staff at the restaurant worked hard, and I appreciated their friendliness. However, the beach was filled with thick seaweed, making swimming difficult. We had to walk for 5-10 minutes to find a better spot, which wasn't convenient. The service at one restaurant was slow, and the pool temperature was too hot to enjoy. Overall, it felt less crowded, giving us a quieter atmosphere, yet some amenities were lacking. The limited dining hours made late-night snacking tough, and the two restaurants tended to offer similar meals every day. Despite these issues, the activities kept us entertained, especially the shows in the evening.

the room was clean. staff were very helpful and welcoming. enjoyed the outdoor pools and the beach access was decent. the entertainment was engaging throughout the day.
